I see a fair number of movies there, probably 12-15 per year so when i was there over the weekend for a sold-out showing of a brand new film i was shocked that the sound was so much lower than normal. I had kind of a poor experience the last time i was there. In the future I will leave if there is a line for tickets at concessions. I suspect some others waited longer and I know ALL waited longer than they would have if a ticket seller were available. Those coming to see a movie should receive service for that purpose. All purchasers of tickets for movies had to wait while those in front of them ordered popcorn, candy, drink etc and tickets. The clerks at the concession stand were taking orders for food AND selling movie tickets. I found three lines each containing 15 to 20 people at each of the three cash registers of the concession stand. There were no personnel manning the movie ticket sales counter. I arrived at Cranberry Cinema at 1:20 for a 1:35 movie.
